What data we process

  • Contact details: first name, surname, email, phone and address.
  • Driver details: ID document or passport, driving licence number and details, and those of a second driver if you indicate one.
  • Booking details: dates, locations, vehicle, flight number, accommodation and comments.
  • Payment details: if you pay by card online, the payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.

What we use it for

  • Managing your booking, handing over the vehicle, issuing the contract and invoicing the service.
  • Communicating with you about the booking (confirmation, changes, incidents) and answering your queries.
  • Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • Sending you commercial communications only if you have given us your consent.

Legal basis

Performance of the rental or storage contract (bookings and customer service), compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, driver identification) and consent (commercial communications).

Recipients

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required or to provide the service you have contracted. We use providers that process data on our behalf: the Stripe payment gateway, the web hosting provider (Hostinger), email services and internal booking management tools (such as the calendar). We may also disclose it to the insurer and to public authorities when required by law.

If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

For as long as the contractual relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (generally six years for accounting and commercial records). Data for commercial communications is kept until you withdraw your consent.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@menorcars360.com, stating your name and the right you wish to exercise. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
